Features
Everything a school runs on
From the first application to the last report card, every part of the school year works from the same records.
Who it's for
One school, four points of view
Everyone signs in to the same Dirasa. What they see depends on their role, and the server enforces it.
The whole school at a glance
Principals and managers set the school up, invite staff and families, and decide who can see what.
- Invite staff, guardians and students by email
- Assign roles, and suspend access the moment someone leaves
- Follow attendance, fees and admissions across the school
Security & safeguarding
Built for the data schools are trusted with
Schools hold information about children. Dirasa treats access to it as the core of the product, not an add-on.
Permissions on every request
Each action is checked against the user's role in that school, and lists only ever contain records within their scope.
Custody rules on record
No record access, no contact, no collection: restrictions live on the guardian link, with the notes visible only to safeguarding staff.
Sessions you can end
Sign-ins expire within minutes unless renewed. Anyone can sign out all their devices, and suspending a member cuts access at once.
Schools kept apart
Schools share the platform, never each other's records. A session for one school cannot read another's data.
An audit trail
Sign-ins, password resets, invitations and membership changes are recorded, so you can always see who did what.
Data stays in region
Each region runs its own deployment with its own database, built for local data-residency rules.
How it works
From sign-up to the first register
Three steps, and your staff and families do most of the second one themselves.
